When you need to roll out and cut pasta dough, the pasta roller attachment lets you do both and minimize the equipment needed. You can mix up your special pasta recipe in your mixer's bowl, then use this attachment with the mixer's #5 hub to roll out and cut the dough into the perfect shapes. Simply open the cap on the front of your mixer and insert the attachment into the hub to get started. Using a powerful 4/5 hp full gear drive mixer motor, this pasta roller/cutter kit will be able to handle all your pasta making needs.

When you need to grind meat for your pizza toppings, meatballs, sausages, and more, this hub attachment quickly connects to the #5 hub on your mixer. To use this attachment, simply open the cap on the front of your mixer (sold separately) and insert the attachment into the hub. Since it runs off of the mixer's powerful 4/5 hp gear driven motor, you can keep up with your low volume demand for freshly ground meat or poultry.

The meat grinder attachment comes with a plastic pusher to safely guide chunks of meat into the grinding attachment. It also has two different sized grinding plates, a coarse grind and a fine grind, so you can more effectively process meats. Also, the feed pan fits over the top of the attachment to hold a supply of cut meat to be slowly fed into the unit.

Since the pasta set includes two cutter sizes, a narrow cutter and a wide cutter, you can choose the one that's best for your recipe. Or simply roll out the dough to any thickness between 1/64" and 3/32" using the adjustable roller and use your own specialty cutters (sold separately) to make tortellini, ravioli, or any other pasta you desire.
