Create unique, signature burger blends with the Edlund Edvantage EDVG-12SS #12 electric meat grinder. This grinder is prepared for light- to medium-duty volume but operates with high efficiency. The new, modern design keeps the grinding components mounted on the exterior of the device and sealed off from the 1/2 hp motor, preventing the possibility of backwash. They can also be detached which makes clean-up easier. Integrated within the device, a large fan ventilates the motor to keep it running longer. The cooling fan can help prevent overheating and keep your establishment operating. A bright blue light illuminates on the device to signify that the fan is running.

For ultimate convenience, the grinder features a slide out drawer that is perfect for storing a plate and your favorite knife for cubing meat. The grinder comes outfitted with a reverse switch for those trickier cuts of meat that just don't seem to come all the way through. With a #12 hub size, it can also grind through 5 lb. of meat per minute. Both the grinding propeller and feed chute are made with stainless steel, ensuring lasting quality. A stainless steel feed pan and a plastic pusher are both included with this unit. Both the reverse and on / off switch illuminate as well. With easier clean-up, safety measures to prevent overheating, and even built-in storage, this device offers an advantage on meat grinding!
