Each piece is designed for use with select 60 qt. mixers, providing a second capacity option to add versatility. The bowl is 40 qt., which is great for partial batches that a larger unit won't mix as efficiently. This bowl is stainless steel for long-lasting use, as is the dough hook, whip, and beater that are included. The dough hook makes processing tough, thick dough easier than ever, perfect for pizza shops and bakeries, and the whip adds air to the mixture, making it perfect for processing whipped cream, meringue, and other light, fluffy product. The beater is great for processing thick, dense recipes, from cake and cookie batter to mashed potatoes.
