This commercial DoughXpress DXE-SS-220 18" electromechanical automatic stainless steel heavy-duty pizza dough press lets you flatten dough balls into pizzas up to 18" in diameter without the need for flour, dough rollers, or skilled labor! Plus, it doesn't require an air compressor or the use of hydraulics, making it so anyone can create consistent, tasty pizza crust in moments. This dough press features a heated upper platen that helps your dough balls flatten faster, as it heats up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It can even flatten dough straight from the fridge. Not only does this press keep the dough from shrinking, it will hold air inside the dough for an evenly baked crust.

This dough press delivers a consistently round shape and even thickness so that you can count on your pizza being balanced all the way through. If you're looking to make a variety of crust types, such as New York style or a thick Sicilian crust, the press can be adjusted for exactly the size and thickness you desire, up to 18" in diameter and 7/8" thick! Depending on the size crust you are pressing, it can flatten up to (200) 18", (400) 9", or (800) 6" crusts per hour.

This electromechanical dough press is easy to use and includes all the features for success, such as a heat indicator light that lets you know when the desired temperature is reached, a stainless steel body for easy cleaning, aluminum platens that prevent the dough from sticking, and an emergency stop button.
