The DoughXpress DX-JN electric dough divider / rounder provides accurate scaling of dough into 36 equal parts! It's capable of dividing and rounding many types of yeast raised dough, including bread dough, bun dough, tortilla dough, and pizza dough quickly and consistently. You can easily set the portion sizes from 1 oz. to 26 oz.

For easy cleaning, the dividing / rounding head assembly of this dough divider can be removed without tools and washed in a sink or commercial dishwasher. The DoughXpress DX-JN semi automatic dough divider rounder requires a 208/230V 3 phase electrical connection.
