The Dormont WD-20-A semi-automatic draw off grease interceptor 40 lb. grease trap prevents greasy substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and waste water treatment facilities where they cannot be processed properly and could harm the environment.

Grease traps like the Dormont WD-20-A are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations.

As the flow of water is gradually slowed by the internal baffles, lighter than water substances like grease accumulate inside the trap above the static water line. Thanks to the included draw-off hose and line shut-off valve, you can remove accumulated grease without having to open up the entire grease trap, which is usually a dirty and smelly job!

The Dormont WD-20-A grease interceptor is built to last, with a body made of 11-gauge cold rolled steel. The removable grease accumulating cover and baffle assembly are secured to the grease trap's body with perimeter hex head bolts and a gasket seal.

The Dormont WD-20-A draw off semi automatic grease trap has a grease capacity of 40 lbs., a flow rate of 20 GPM, and may be recess mounted or floor mounted.
