Streamlined Operation

An easy-to-use double countertop induction range is the main component, designed for quick, but quality cooking. Because it's induction, the unit cooks with flameless technology, making your station just that much cooler and safer. Plus, the 16 gauge 304 type stainless steel base features a cavity built to accommodate the range, providing you with a durable and professional cooking station.

Versatile Accessories

A number of supplies are featured in the 55-piece kit with the purpose of cold food storage, perfect for peppers, onions, deli ham, cheese, and a number of other common omelet and pasta ingredients. Whatever types of omelets you make, this deluxe kit is sure to provide you with everything you could possibly need to streamline your operation - except for the food!

Steam Table Pans

This kit includes (1) 1/3 size and (6) 1/6 size, 6" deep stainless steel steam table pans for keeping ingredients on hand. Plus, (36) 15 oz. foam freeze packs are included to set beneath each food pan. The pans settle into the base, supported by its enclosed design.

Spoons for Dispensing

A set of 6 black spoons make dishing ingredients out of your pans and right into your foods easy. So you can easily serve liquid eggs into the pan, a one-piece stainless steel ladle is also provided.

Fry Pans and Utensils

Accompanying the range are (2) 8" non-stick aluminum fry pans as well as a black 12" nylon turner for flipping and forming the omelets.

Can this induction range handle any pan capacity?

Most induction ranges do not have specified weight or pan capacities, but make sure to check the manual. The key to ensuring your range works properly and does not get damaged by too much weight is to use a pan with a bottom diameter that does not exceed the burner's diameter. Using a larger pan or pot, such as a stock pot, will lessen the effectiveness of the range and the quality of your food. Please note a warped or uneven bottom, a very dirty pan/pot bottom, or a chipped or cracked pot/pan might cause error codes.

How does ambient temperature affect this induction range?

Do not install in areas where other equipment can exhaust directly into the induction range. All models require adequate unrestricted intake and exhaust air ventilation for proper operation of the controls. The maximum intake temperature must not exceed 110F (43C). Temperatures are measured in ambient air while all appliances in the kitchen are in operation.

My induction range blinks even when it's turned off. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. This unit blinks to indicate a standby mode, signaling it is plugged in and ready for operation.

What clearances are needed for this induction range?

Countertop models require a minimum clearance of 3 inches (7.6 cm) at the rear and a minimum clearance under the Induction range of a distance equal to the height of the feet of the Induction range. Some units draws air from below. It must not be placed on a soft surface that could restrict airflow to the bottom of the unit.
