As part of the Delfield Specification Line Series, this SMHRI2-G 74.72 cu. ft. two section glass door roll in heated holding cabinet offers state-of-the-art quality, versatility, usability, and performance destined to outlast a standard model. This premium holding cabinet can accommodate two 28 1/2" x 27 1/4" x 72" pan racks full of your signature entrees, sides, and other cooked delights, and keep them at the correct temperature until serving.

A stainless steel exterior, heavy gauge aluminum interior and sides, and high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensure that this heated holding cabinet delivers consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, easily controlled by an adjustable electronic thermostat. Its top mounted heating system features a high speed blower for uniform airflow and an on/off switch on the front exterior of the cabinet. It also has an alarm to alert you of any sudden drops or rises in temperature.

To keep your valuable food safe from tampering after business hours, this state-of-the-art roll in heated holding cabinet features built-in keyed door locks with heavy duty strikes, and the magnetic door gaskets guarantee a secure seal when the doors are closed. The double paned tempered thermopane glass doors help you easily find what you need before opening the cabinet, saving energy.

The Delfield SMHRI2-G is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection. It must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
