This cold slab provides you with an evenly cooled work/display surface, coupled with the attractive, upscale look of granite.

The Delfield N8259G cold slab features a stunning 3/4" thick "Absolute Black" granite workspace set in a 59" heavy gauge stainless steel top, while a full perimeter trough and 3/4" stainless steel drain catch and remove any water runoff. Its bottom-mounted 1/3 hp compressor circulates R404A refrigerant to keep the top surface chilled.

This granite cold slab is insulated with high-density foam and features a thermal mastic heat transfer compound between the stainless steel and granite for superior temperature retention.

The Delfield N8259G drop in granite cold slab is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 58 1/2" x 25" countertop cutout. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
