Add versatility and flexibility to your kitchen with the Delfield F2984VDR Versa Drawer refrigerated chef base! This chef base features two 32" wide full extension drawers that can hold two 6" deep, 12" x 20" pans each. The temperature controlled drawers can be independently adjusted to act as a refrigerator, freezer, thawer, or chiller, making them perfect for any busy kitchen. For food safety, an electronic HACCP system records various information in each refrigerated drawer, an alarm system alerts you to any unexpected changes, and service diagnostics help you target and solve any problems that may arise. This chef base is also compliant with the high energy, insulation, and safety standards required for CE Certification.

This heavy duty chef base can hold up to 1200 lbs. of kitchen equipment, and it features durable stainless steel finished ends with a flat top that evenly supports equipment. The sturdy top also eliminates heat transfer from your cooking equipment to the refrigerated drawers to better maintain internal temperature.

The whole body of this Delfield 84" chef base is insulated with high density polyurethane foam, and the drawers are insulated further with an ABS interior liner to ensure that each section stays at its intended setting. A powerful 1/3 hp compressor, mounted on the right-hand side, circulates eco-friendly R404A refrigerant to maintain food safe holding temperatures. On the exterior, integral 2 1/8" high square nosing with a full perimeter marine edge collects excess water and other runoff, and six 6" casters enable easy movement during cleaning.
