Plus, because this unit is equipped with 2 cabinets and 18 shelves, you can simultaneously slow roast foods at a consistent temperature and reheat precooked foods before serving!

This unit is designed as a quick-cooking oven, rather than a holding cabinet, to keep up with the demand of your high-output kitchen. This unit is fully insulated to help trap in the heat and to add structural rigidity for durable performance. Made of 22 gauge stainless steel and reinforced by an internal framework, the cabinet is sure to become a reliable staple in your bustling business! Accessing the interior is easy thanks to 2 insulated doors outfitted with antimicrobial, magnetic latches for sanitation and ease of use. Inside, the cabinet houses wire pan supports that are removable for easy cleaning. They are spaced on 1 1/2" adjustable centers to accommodate 18 full size sheet pans or food pans.

Outfitted with a set of 4 heavy-duty, 5" swivel casters, the unit can be transported if necessary. Two of the casters include brakes to help stabilize the unit during product storage and removal, which is especially helpful when the cabinet is fully loaded. Before transport, remember to use the twist-lock catch on the doors, as it secures the doors so they won't haphazardly open and endanger the food inside!
