The body is made of sleek, non-corrosive stainless steel and is fully insulated. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features wire pan supports on 2 3/4" centers to accommodate up to 16 full size sheet pans or food pans. At the end of the day, the interior is easy to clean, thanks to the removable pan supports, smooth walls, and coved corners.

For your convenience, the doors come outfitted with silicone gaskets for a tight seal and magnetic latches that are easy to open. Plus, the latches are antimicrobial, which helps to protect your kitchen environment against germs. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. When maneuvering the unit, take advantage of the exterior side handles, which can be folded down when not in use to make both transport and non-transport applications as simple as possible. The cabinet also comes equipped with 4 heavy-duty 5" swivel casters to enable mobility and field reversible doors for versatility. One 120V electrical connection is required for the entire unit.
