Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to the exterior-mounted solid state electronic control and easy-to-read LED digital display.

The body is made of sleek stainless steel and is fully insulated for optimal temperature retention. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features 12 sets of wire universal angles that adjust on 1 1/2" centers to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. This enables you to customize the holding space to fit your ever-changing needs, from holding small desserts to holding steamy entrees. Plus, thanks to the coved corners, the interior of the cabinet is easy to clean at the end of the day, leaving you with more time for other tasks.

To reduce heat loss, energy consumption, and operation costs, the two dutch doors can be opened just one at a time, retaining as much heat as possible within the cabinet. For convenience during transport, the doors come outfitted with bolt latches to help ensure the doors remain securely shut. Plus, the unit's sides are designed to prevent wall and equipment damage with its side, super-duty composite panels. These panels, like the unit's full perimeter bumper, prevent dents from nearby surfaces during transport. They also feature large hand grips to make maneuvering the unit easy and comfortable.
