Customize and monitor the progress of your meats and meals with the easy-to-read and easy-to-use solid state electronic controls, LED digital display, and thermometer. Designed to accommodate up to 100 lb. of meat, this cook and hold oven will save you time and precious kitchen space.
The cabinet features 3 stainless steel wire grids and removable stainless steel pan slides with 11 positions that hold (4) 12" x 20" x 6", (6) 12" x 20" x 4", or (9) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The oven's interior is stainless steel and fortified with an interior stainless steel frame, and features coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. An included drip pan ensures that saucy and juicy meals won't make a mess, meaning that you'll have more time to create your specialty dishes and deliver them to your eager, hungry customers.
The body is made of a sleek stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latch that's easy to open, but provides a secure closure. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs. To make installation and transportation easy, this cook and hold oven comes with (4) heavy-duty 3 1/2" casters to enable mobility and a field reversible door for versatility. A 208/240V electrical connection is required for operation. Plus, thanks to the unit's voltage selector switch, you can easily switch between 208V and 240V.
