Use this Cres Cor 278-PT-1818 18 pan end load half height aluminum bun / sheet pan rack / mobile work station with corrugated sidewalls to easily transport full size sheet pans throughout your commercial kitchen! This rack's corrugated sidewalls allow pans to rest on each corrugation for simple storage. It's designed to accommodate heavy loads to ensure long-lasting reliability. Thanks to the 1 1/2" of space between each corrugation, you can store pastries, cookies, and donuts with ease. While its open top has the ability to hold a pan and cutting board, its outrigger adapters allow for the addition of one pan on each side for added flexibility.
Made of non-corrosive, hi-tensile welded aluminum, this rack boasts strong, extruded channels to withstand years of use. Its smooth finish makes it easy to clean and maintain, while its 5" swivel casters allow for simple mobility anywhere you need it.
