This Continental Refrigerator SW72-N-BS-D 72" worktop refrigerator provides the extra workspace that your employees need, while also ensuring that your fresh, cold ingredients are stored within easy reach and at the proper temperatures. The sleek stainless steel top is ideal for preparing your most requested dishes, plus the 6" backsplash helps protect the wall from splatters to make cleaning up easier. This unit features 6 roll-out drawers so that your stored ingredients are always easily accessible, and with magnetic snap-in door gaskets, you can be sure of a tight seal.

This refrigerator is perfect for storing your fruits, vegetables, condiments, meat, and dairy products. The cabinet is built with a stainless steel top and front, and the ends and case back are made of aluminum. For efficient storage, take advantage of the roomy drawers and store (1) 12" x 18" x 6" food box, or (1) 1/2 size and (1) 1/3 size food pans in each drawer. The interior is made of aluminum, and 2" non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation helps this unit maintain interior temperatures while also providing additional structural strength.

A 1/5 hp compressor allows this refrigerator to maintain food safe temperatures. This performance-rated refrigeration system uses environmentally-friendly R-290 refrigerant and includes the automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, which helps to reduce energy consumption. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. You also won't have to worry about the quality of the fin evaporator coil degrading, as it's both plasticized and non-corrosive. Four 5" casters come standard so that you can easily move this unit away from the wall for thorough cleaning and maintenance. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection. This unit includes an electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm.
