I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.
Why is there a step in the interior of this undercounter unit?
This unit’s refrigeration system is located in the lower rear of the cabinet, causing the step in its interior. The step may decrease the inner depth of the cabinet's lower interior versus what is listed as its overall interior depth, so please check the unit’s specs and diagrams to ensure it will accommodate your storage needs.

Great for a variety of applications, this 72" unit comes with a durable stainless steel worktop for staging and prepping, while its 6" backsplash helps protect your walls. Below the worktop, a refrigerated base provides ample room to keep cold ingredients and foods. Three epoxy-coated steel shelves make it easier to stay organized.
With 2" non-CFC polyurethane insulation, the cabinet also helps to maintain food-safe interior temperatures. In addition, an internal hanging thermometer helps you keep an eye on the refrigerator's performance to ensure safe food storage.
The doors come equipped with a self-closing mechanism to ensure they close properly even when you have your hands full. Plus, its magnetic snap-in door gaskets provide a tight seal.
The refrigeration system on this unit is also designed for superior performance, with a 1/5 hp compressor and four fans to ensure optimal airflow and even temperatures. It uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. A set of 5" casters makes it easy to move for routine cleaning and maintenance. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. This unit includes an electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm.
