Because it's stepped, the tip responds to temperature in less than 6 seconds with a measurement that's accurate to + / - 2 degrees Fahrenheit and can also be switched to read temperatures in Celsius. Its full temperature range spans from - 58 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit , making it a highly versatile addition to your kitchen, bakery, coffee shop, or catering operation. From grilled chicken to boiling soup or cold custard, this thermometer simplifies the process of avoiding the temperature danger zone. Plus, the purple color ensures allergen awareness in your kitchen, designating the thermometer for allergen-free goods, only.
