With the 30 gallon Cleveland SEL-30-T1 PowerPan electric open base tilt skillet, you can cook up to 75 lb. of ground beef or make up to 27 gallons of soup at once! Its high efficiency heating system is designed for even heat distribution, and boasts a 12 kW heating element for fast heat-up and recovery times. Designed for versatility and ease of use, a tilt skillet / braising pan like this one can grill, braise, steam, simmer, or even fry!

This tilting skillet's stainless steel clad 5/8" thick cooking surface is "bead blasted" to help prevent food from sticking, and it is also highly resistant to warping. Splash-proof controls, an easy-to-turn manual hand tilt mechanism, and a large pouring lip ensure ease of use and years of dependable service. With a temperature range of 100-450 degrees Fahrenheit, you'll be able to use this unit for a wide variety of cooking tasks.

A low, 35" rim height makes the Cleveland SEL-30-T1 30 gallon electric tilting skillet easy to operate even for shorter users, while improving safety by reducing the risk of burns. A handy "10 degree" cooking feature lets you tilt the skillet up to 10 degrees while it's turned on, allowing you to skim off liquids.
