The Cleveland PDM-2 pressure steamer with 36" boiler base utilizes your direct steam connection, allowing you to easily prepare bulk foods and full meals! Each of its two pressurized compartments can hold eight full size food pans up to 2 1/2" deep or four, 18" x 26" sheet pans for maximum versatility. Its powerful 15 PSI boiler lets you steam large quantities of potatoes, yams, carrots, and other dense foods in your commercial or institutional kitchen!

Each pressurized compartment can achieve high temperatures up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit for a quick and thorough cooking process! To ensure optimum performance, a mechanical interlock feature prevents the doors from being opened while compartments are pressurized, and thermostatic traps automatically vent the cooking compartment. A pressure reducing valve is also included for 12 to 50 PSI steam supply pressure.

The Cleveland PDM-2 requires a 3/4 IPS, 12 to 50 PSI uncontaminated direct steam connection, 1 1/2" IPS drain connection, and 115V electrical connection for operation. This unit must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
