They also stack with the included stacking kit and sit on the included equipment stand, saving precious back-of-house space and equipping a kitchen with 2 steamers in the footprint of 1.

Each unit is constructed of solid 14-gauge stainless steel for superior durability with a sleek, smooth exterior for easy cleaning. Its interior cooking chamber is coved to maximize steam circulation and simplify cleaning. Plus, the tops and bottoms of each steamer are sloped to eliminate excess moisture buildup.

For exceptional performance, the steamers each use patented high-velocity steam jets and a unique, durable flat bar heating element. These components heat water quickly and circulate a high volume of steam naturally, without using trouble-prone fans.
