This white Carlisle CM110302 6", deep, one-third- size, divided cold food pan is made of durable, ABS plastic that is dishwasher safe. This food pan has a patented cooling system that eliminates the inconvenience and mess of ice as well as reduces the potential of bacteria. This food pan holds food temperatures at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for eight hours. It is NSF listed.

    It's great!!!!! Meets all expectations. It keeps my salad bar fresh for the a long time. Downside: it takes a lot of space in my freezer.
