This white Carlisle CM101202 3-gallon, Coldmaster ice cream cold crock with lid is perfect for outdoor functions, buffet kiosks, classrooms, and off site catering events. With its non-toxic refrigerant gel, this ice cream crock should be placed in your freezer for 8 hours and will hold ice cream at the perfect serving consistency. It maintains the ice cream at or below 32 degrees for a 6 to 10 hour time span. The crock will accommodate a standard, 3-gallon ice cream tub. It is made of durable, ABS plastic and it's dishwasher safe.

    This cold crock is great for gaspachos and even doubles as an ice container for the bartender! The price is great and it is a necessity for any catering operation!

    This container keeps things frozen for several hours and keeps lettuces cold for even longer! Great color options of black or white! Good for buffet lines!!

    This has been a great container for our home made ice cream. Without any ice around it the icecream stays frozen for about 3 hrs. With ice around it for about 5 or 6 hrs.

    Kept my ice cream cold and servable through the entire event. Freeze the base before adding the ice cream and it will keep for several hours.
