Thanks to the textured polyethylene exterior, this portable food bar resists scratches and standard wear and tear from repeated use. It's also easy to clean so you can keep it looking like new. Plus, the polyurethane foam insulation holds ice and food at proper serving temperatures for hours.

This salad bar can hold up to (5) 12" x 20" food pans (sold separately). Perfect for serving salad greens, fruit, or your customers' favorite vegetables, this salad bar is designed to work well with your existing foodservice operation. The salad bar can also be used without food pans for added versatility. Simply fill the unit with ice to keep grab-and-go food items like bottled beverages cold and ready to serve.

The faucet type drain plug on the 660605 salad bar makes water removal a simple task. This unit comes complete with double-sided, acrylic sneeze guards to shield your product from the spread of germs and bacteria. It also comes with sturdy, recessed 5" non-marking swivel casters, two with brakes and two without, to help you move the salad bar around as necessary. The 660605 is easy to assemble for your convenience.
