This tile is pre-measured to a standard half-size food pan and fits and standard or NSF7 wells. Made of a durable, food-grade, non-porous composite material, this tile will last against wear and tear from pots, pans, chafers, and more for reusable, day-to-day use. This tile also stands up to any hot or cold item that is placed on top from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to a maximum of 650 degrees Fahrenheit, with the exception of a rapidly boiling steam table.
