What's In Your Easter Basket?

By Kim O'Brien

This Sunday marks Easter, the hallmark holiday of candy consumption. Last year, Americans spent over $2.1 billion on Easter candy, topped only by Halloween ($2.4 billion) and outranking Christmas ($1.4 billion) and Valentine’s Day ($1 billion). Sweet-tooths will combine to consume an estimated 700 million peeps, 16 billion jelly beans, and 90 million chocolate bunnies this weekend. Which leads us to the pressing question: Do you eat your chocolate bunny ears first? Check out the graphic below to see how your treat-eating habits measure up!

Craving candy? Check out baking toppings, flavor wafers, fudge, and more in our Consumables category! We've even got Easter-themed candy boxes to transport all of your sweet treats.
