The set includes a 4" straight edge paring knife, which is great for peeling fruit, removing stems, and other precise cutting tasks. It also includes a serrated spear point paring knife that's great for hard rind fruits like lemons or limes.

Both paring knives have white, polypropylene handles that provide a sure grip, and clean up easily. The included 6" x 9" white cutting features rubber feet to prevent slipping.
