Designed to attach to BSG series grinders, this tenderizer has dual 27 blade rollers made of durable stainless steel. These rollers will work out and soften the toughest muscle tissue and result in a much more enjoyable final product.
This tenderizer can handle cuts of meat up to 3/4" thick and 1 1/2" in width. The heavy-duty aluminum body holds up well to the wear and tear of a commercial setting and is also easy to clean. With a simple thumbscrew assembly, this unit breaks down for convenient cleaning as well as storage.
