If the handle thumbscrew on your meat tenderizer is damaged or no longer working properly, be sure to replace it immediately with the Backyard Pro Butcher Series handle thumbscrew for MT-31 meat tenderizer. Use this thumbscrew to easily screw the handle directly onto the blade drive shaft on your tenderizer. This small, but incredibly important part will ensure that your meat tenderizer is in top working condition.
