This Backyard Pro Butcher Series #12 stainless steel flat grinder plate is the perfect replacement for a lost or damaged component. 1/8" thick strands of ground meat are produced by the plate, while its hub design makes handling the plate easier than a flat alternative. Designed to work with BSG12 meat grinders, the plate boasts a rugged type 420 stainless steel design that will stand tough against regular use and is extremely simple to clean. The 1/8" size is perfect for fine grinds such as bratwurst, bologna, jerky and luncheon meat.
