Using a combination of convection heat, high-speed impinged air, bottom infrared, and precision microwave, this unit reduces cook times by more than 80%. It's perfect for hotels, restaurants, and convenience stores, quickly serving up food and appetizers.

This oven boasts a user-friendly interface for ease of use and stores up to 80 recipes with 6 steps each. Its USB port enables users to upload or download recipes. The programmability feature makes training staff a breeze with guaranteed consistent results at the push of a button!

This speed oven comes equipped with a removable catalytic converter to break down grease-laden vapors, which allows for a ventless operation. Ventless operation not only saves you from utilizing valuable hood space, but it also makes this unit perfect for front-of-the-house applications. The ventless side panels have zero side clearance installation. Plus, it's easy to clean with a cool-to-the-touch exterior, which is constructed from type 430 stainless steel, while the interior is constructed from type 304 stainless steel.

The top and bottom heaters are independently controlled to give you more control over the cooking process. Featuring a digital control pad, operating this oven is simple. It even has a manual mode for cooking on the fly and can adjust the temperature from 86 to 536 degrees Fahrenheit. This oven can use metal pans and comes with a panini-style grill plate, a 14 1/2" x 11 7/8" solid PTFE basket, an aluminum paddle, and a USB flash drive. It requires a 208/204V electrical connection for operation.
