The AvaWeigh PPC500 500 g. high precision digital portion control scale offers precision weighing in a compact footprint.
The platform, made of stainless steel, measures 4" x 4" to hold ingredients as you cook, bake, garnish, or package food. The rest of the scale is made of sturdy, dark gray ABS plastic. A set of 2 AAA batteries are included for immediate use.
Easy to Use
With a 1 3/4" x 1/2" LCD display, the scale is easy to operate; just select one of the 4 buttons, including on/off, mode, pcs, and tare. While the backlight ensures that the display is easy to read, the various functions and units ensure that the scale is intuitive and convenient to use.
Versatile Features
Other than weighing, the scale features a tare function, a helpful overload indicator, and a count function. It features a standard transparent plastic cover, which provides protection, and can also be used as a tray for measuring out product. Auto-off helps save power after the scale is inactive, and the low-battery indicator alerts you to when new batteries are required.
