commercial mixer is perfect for lighter duty

Thanks to its direct drive 100% gear driven
transmission and powerful, three speed 1 hp
motor, the Avantco MX20 20 qt. commercial
mixer maintains consistent mixing speeds
regardless of how much product is in the
mixing bowl.
A stainless steel mixing bowl, wire whisk,
dough hook, and flat beater are included.
The Avantco MX20 20 qt. commercial mixer
also features a #12 hub for meat grinding
attachments.
The Avantco MX20 gear driven 20 qt. mixer
has a 110V, single phase electrical rating.
The mixing speeds for each speed setting
are Low: 154 RPM, Medium: 278 RPM,
and High: 497 RPM.

All equipment, which is sold under Avantco trademark and used for commercial purpose is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty runs for one year from the date of original installation and is for the benefit of the original purchaser only. All other Warranties, Expressed or Implied, Statutory or Otherwise, including Without Limitation any implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for Purposes are excluded. The Seller shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages in connection with Avantco commercial products.
This warranty is not effective if damage occurs because of accident, carelessness, improper installation, lack of proper set – up, supervision when required or if the equipment is installed or operated in any manner contrary to the installation
and operating instructions. In these cases, repairs will be made at a reasonable cost. Work performed by unauthorized
personnel or unauthorized service agencies voids this Warranty.
Items not covered under warranty:
Changing Gears on the Mixers while Unit is Running and Overloading as Determined by an Approved Certified Technician.
RESIDENTIAL USERS: Avantco assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting from installation in non-commercial or residential applications.
This warranty does not apply to, and Avantco is not responsible for, any warranty claims made on products sold or used outside of the United States.
Wonderful mixer. It really stands up to abuse. There are so many attachments for it that you can eliminate a couple other pieces of prep equipment with just this mixer.
Most everything we serve in our cafe is made fresh in house, and this mixer has worked superbly! With its #12 hub we were even able to use our many attachments from the old mixer it replaced! I can't yet say how it stands up over the long term, but I can say it performs as well as our old one, which was a top name brand mixer, and I am expcting many years of dependable service from it.
Great mixer, price wass perfect for my budget. MIxed cookie dough, cinnamon dough, cake batter and frosting in it and for the cookie dough it's great to do 4 times the batter now. Great purchase.
Not a very good product. I have had this product for less than 2 years and it has blown up or just does not work. Tried everything and even replaced the reset switch. Does not work. These things are supposed to last a lifetime and well, I do believe a lifetime should be more than 1 year and 6 months.

This mixer is well suited for high volume bakeries. The 20qt bowl allows for alot of product to be mixed. The Green on and red off button make it easy to see how to turn on and off the machine.
