Avantco warrants new equipment sold to food truck customers to be operational for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery if installed and maintained correctly.

The temperature control is designed to be adjusted with a screwdriver or similar tool. The recessed design is intentionally done to make the controls less prone to damage and tampering.

Tub raisers are included with the unit to raise the bottom plate; even if your tubs have different heights, they will sit flush with the top of the unit.

R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. Generally speaking, ice cream dipping cabinets have a lower holding temperature than gelato dipping cabinets. Because of this, it is not suggested that you store gelato in ice cream units. However, storing gelato in your ice cream dipping cabinet is possible by adjusting the product temperature to be above 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, typically gelato dipping cabinets use 5L pans to hold product, whereas ice cream dipping cabinets are designed to hold 3-gallon tubs.
