This Ateco 13967 12 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and ensuring that it will last you through repeated usage. Its 12 wheels, each measuring 2 1/8" in diameter, are riveted on an expandable arm. When fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel. For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm. This 12 wheel cutter is great for cutting pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time.
