This Ateco 13955 5 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and resistant to rust. A real time saver, this tool is great for cutting pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time. Its 5 wheels, each measuring 2 1/8" in diameter, are riveted on an expandable arm. When fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel, while the distance is approximately 1/2" between each wheel when collapsed. For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm.

Can't say enough about this pastry cutter! It's PERFECT for cutting lattice strips for all sizes of pies and it is also perfect for cutting strips of fresh pasta! I love that you can vary the thickness so easily.

Awesome tool! I use it for cutting strips of fondant. Nothing I've tried has compared to this! Each strip comes out crisp, even and clean. I love that it can be adjusted to whatever size I need. Very versatile and easy to use!

I love this pastry cutter wheel. I was deciding between this one or the cheaper one, but based on reviews the cheaper one wobbles so I went with this one and no regrets! It's very sturdy and cutting strips of fondant is now way easier.

This Ateco wheel cutter is heavy duty. The wheels aren't wobbling as other bands I've worked with. It hasn't rusted. And it works well with all types of dough; including fondant.

Excellent quality and very study. It was exactly what i was looking for to cut kolacy so that they are uniform in size. It also cuts down on the cutting time. i just wish i would have ordered the 6 wheel instead.

I love love love this tool! I never really used ones of these before but it has really made it so easy to cut brownies and crumb cake slices uniformly in equal pieces. Heavy duty too!

When it comes to pastry cutters like this one, you get what you pay for! If you buy one for cheap, it will be wobbly, rust and you will not get clean cuts. NOT THIS ONE. This is high quality. Yes a little more pricey than other ones online, but worth the investment. Ateco makes the best. No rusting, clean cuts, sturdy. I use this to cut strips of fondant for cake decorating. It saves a lot of time. I hand wash this one.

I love, love, love, love, love these pastry cutters! It is the quickest way to make perfectly even squares when cutting or scoring full sheet pans of product. Everything comes out perfect, so there is no waste or uneven looking food. These might seem expensive, but they are worth every penny, and significantly speed up production.

This is one of my favorite tools in my kitchen now! I use it for so much more than just slicing Danish Pastry and other doughs. I use it to mark cakes and brownies for equal cutting of pieces. I use it to cut out cookie dough for specialty custom orders. I've even used it to mark a cake for decorating lines. It is high quality and worth every penny!
