This Ateco 13955 5 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and ensuring that it will last you through repeated usage. Its 5 wheels, each measuring 2 1/8" in diameter, are riveted on an expandable arm. When fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel; when collapsed, there is approximately 1/2" of space between each wheel. For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm. This 5 wheel cutter is great for cutting pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time.

Such a great tool! I love using this pastry cutter for many things, such as cutting danish dough or even pasta dough. It allows for consistent cuts and I love to use it.

I love, love, love, love, love these pastry cutters! It is the quickest way to make perfectly even squares when cutting or scoring full sheet pans of product. Everything comes out perfect, so there is no waste or uneven looking food. These might seem expensive, but they are worth every penny, and significantly speed up production.

This is one of my favorite tools in my kitchen now! I use it for so much more than just slicing Danish Pastry and other doughs. I use it to mark cakes and brownies for equal cutting of pieces. I use it to cut out cookie dough for specialty custom orders. I've even used it to mark a cake for decorating lines. It is high quality and worth every penny!

Sometimes this tool is hard to find, but we use it frequently for pastry production and scoring brownies and other bars for cutting. Very handy for professional bakers.
