This range features (2) powerful 23-tip jet burners that deliver up to 125,000 BTUs of cooking power each, for a total of 250,000 BTUs. It has heavy-duty cast iron top grates and standing pilots for instant ignition. Boasting a durable construction with a stainless steel body, this unit is sure to provide long-lasting use in your establishment.

It features 6" chrome-plated legs with 3" adjustable bullet feet to ensure easy leveling on uneven surfaces. For your convenience, it includes a full-width removable crumb tray for easy cleaning, and it features a lower cavity for convenient storage. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
