It features a standard pan rail to accommodate a number of ingredients, while its lower refrigerated storage area holds back-up product for the rail or for elsewhere in the kitchen. A cutting board provides convenient work space too, so your staff can assemble countless dishes all at the same station.

The refrigerated cabinet features one shelf for organized storage and has a bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel floor for insulation and ease of cleaning. The two door construction is self closing, and can remain open at 90 degrees for convenient access.

Perfect for a variety of tasks, the unit features a 48" long, 9" deep cutting board. This provides ample space for prep work, from dicing tomatoes to assembling and slicing a sub. It's even easy to remove for cleaning when necessary.
