Perfect for thawing or storing raw meats, fish, and even bulk produce, this item is a versatile addition to any busy commercial kitchen. The drain box features a perforated bottom and unique nested design to help drain liquid off of food and speed up the defrosting process. The other compatible box can sit directly below the drain box to catch any excess liquid drained from the products. This helps avoid cross-contamination with other products and because the food isn't sitting in its own liquid, there is a reduced chance of bacteria growth. Plus, the lid keeps the contents of the box safe and secure. You can even change the draining capacity by rotating the containers 180 degrees, switching between either 4 gallons or 12 gallons. Additionally, the white color of the drain box makes it easily identifiable.

Built to withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit, and made of durable high-density polyethylene, this box is suitable for a variety of uses.
