The APW Wyott RCW 11 11 qt. countertop cooker features a high wattage heating system that is perfect for re-thermalizing refrigerated soups, stews, and chili, or rapidly heating sauces like nacho cheese. This thermostatically controlled system provides fast heat up and recovery, and can reach temperatures up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once the cooking process is complete, you can easily reduce the countertop cooker's temperature to proper food safe holding temperatures, making it ideal for restaurant kitchens, buffets, or catered events. Both the exterior of the cooker and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel for easy clean up. It can accommodate a standard 11 qt. inset.

The APW Wyott RCW 11 11 qt. countertop cooker has a 120V, 1200 watt, 10 amp electrical rating and is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.
