Easily handle ice cream and other cold products with the APW Wyott GFT-45 5/8" self contained drop-in granite cold slab! Constructed of durable 14 gauge stainless steel with a black granite top, this unit fits into your existing counter or table top. Because of its open design and cold granite surface, it is an ideal surface for use when manually adding mix-ins to ice cream for custom flavors!

Boasting a bottom-mounted 1/4 HP compressor and environmentally friendly HFC-R404A refrigerant, this cold slab is insulated with high density polyurethane foam and a thermal mastic heat transfer compound for maximum temperature retention. The APW Wyott GFT-45 is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation information.
