The APW Wyott CDO-18 countertop pizza / deck oven comes with two removable ceramic phosphate baking decks, ideal for baking pizza and pretzels, or for finishing sandwiches, flat breads, and bakery products.
For maximum heat retention, each countertop oven is insulated on all sides. Three heating elements, one under each deck and one at the top, enable even heating. This electric countertop pizza / deck oven comes complete with a 15 minute timer, and a thermostat that adjusts from 300 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
