The American Metalcraft 18920PHC 20" perforated pizza disk contains (379) 3/8" holes that allow the the bottom of the pizza to cook fast, creating a mouth-watering crispy crust. This perforated pizza disk also allows cooked pizza to stay fresh by letting moisture escape. The hard coat anodized aluminum finish adds durability and will not flake off.

Note: Perforations will temporarily start 1-2 inches from the edge of the pan

The edges of the disks and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp. This item is non-returnable.
