Customer questions about this product
- How can I properly care for this aluminum item?
- Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
- What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
- A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.
For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.
The ideal option for roasting beef, pork, or turkey, as well as for baking cakes, breads, and desserts, this versatile bake pan gives you everything you need with added features you want. Drop handles make maneuvering into and out of your oven a breeze while rounded corners ensure minimal food waste. A deep 2 1/4" depth gives your culinary and confectionary creations amply room, while a heavy duty, 17 gauge aluminum construction ensures that this pan will withstand the rigors of everyday commercial use.

I use these aluminum baking pans all the time for roasting. I roast veg, meat, whatever in them. They're big enough to handle a lot and come in handy for serving large crowds.

This baking pan is thick and super high quality. I've used it for over 2 years and the coating is still smooth. The pan is big enough for a 25lbs turkey and does a great job of roasting.

This roast pan worked great for slow roasting a 6lb pork shoulder for 12 hours, the cleanup was very easy and the handles were very handy.

These are made of a lighter weight aluminum so you have to try not to poke or dent but I love them..they were a great price and the handles make it easier to transport...some food causes a staining but baking soda helps to clean the stain off...

have used this pan for a few weeks now and have no complaints. It is aluminum so it is lightweight but does not hold heat as well as a heavy an would. For the price it is a good value and perfect for light kitchen duty such as in a home application.

These pan are great for everything. We use in our catering business for roasting everything from chicken to meat. They have a nice weight to them and cleans up easily. Will continue to purchase.

Excellent pan for baking and roasting. I put my roasting rack right into this pan and was able to save all those delicious juices. It is a great size.

This aluminum baking pan with handles is a very high quality kitchen item! It is very sturdy and has lasted through lots and lots of oven use.

A blessing! This pan is used frequently in my home. I have others (that I paid far more for from other retail outlets) I have had problems gripping the handles (a real problem when hot) and my biggest pet peve with "my old"/not too old (expensive) other (for roasting) is the sharp edges on the curled underside. NOT with this pan. It is STURDY, the handles are easy to grip, in fact at this point I should most likely get rid of the other one because I will NEVER use it again. This pan is my favorite for roasting and I would advise anyone to have one, you'll Love it!

This pan is super we use for all our baking needs and it bakes pretty evenly, the price was great for this especially being this big.

Holds a fair amount, very sturdy and easy to clean. Fits in a standard size oven. We'll be purchasing more of these in the near future.

This is by far the best aluminum baking pan that I own! It is sturdy enough to hold a REAL family size lasagna without spilling over. Clean up is a breeze because it is not one of those nonstick pans that eventually everything sticks to. Do not hesitate to get this pan, you will not be sorry.

I absolutely love this pan. It is very versatile for my larg family. From roasting to baking macaroni and cheese. It is very durable and will last me for years to come. I had one that I'm still using, 5 years old and still going.

This is truly a well made pan. I use it to bake my meats in and they come out great. It's not too bad to clean either. Of course it's not non-stick, but I would rather have this pan than a non-stick one.

This is a great quality roasting pan. Great for chickens and smaller sized turkeys. These are also nice to hold hot food items in the holding oven.

I have a large family and I use these whenever I'm having company over which is all the time. They make great server's from the oven to the table. I always keep extra's on hand.

This pan is handy to have around the kitchen. The pan is well made and will hold a good bit. The other handy feature is the handles.

I cannot say enough good things about these trays. I needed to replace some old, ugly, scratched and worn out pans in our church kitchen and these were perfect!
