It can dry cheese between 23 and 122 degrees Fahrenheit and will store cheese between 14 and 158 degrees Fahrenheit. Drying and seasoning cheese helps enhance the flavor of your cheeses, and dried cheese can be stored for longer periods of time in your restaurant, deli, or grocery store.

This drying cabinet boasts a Climatouch feature to best control the internal temperature and a Fumotic feature to control the humidity levels. With 8 polypropylene shelves, this cabinet can hold a total of 132 lb. of cheese. The two doors are made of glass to easily see the contents within without having to open the cabinet. Plus, the rest of the cabinet is made of durable, 304-type stainless steel and has 4 adjustable legs to provide stability on any floor surface.
