Quickly cut up chicken for quesadillas, fajitas, salads, and chicken tenders with this Advance Tabco MS-183-CS chicken cutting station! A storage rack on the undershelf holds the included 15" x 12" poly-vance cutting boards. These boards are color-coded in yellow to identify their use for raw poultry and help prevent cross contamination with vegetables, fish, and other food products. The cutting boards can be held securely in place on the spacious 18" x 36" tabletop by integrated retaining pins so that you don't have to worry about it sliding around during use. Two cutouts flank each side of the cutting board that accommodate 1/3 size food pans (sold separately), with one holding whole chicken pieces and the other accommodating the chicken you've cut. A removable knife rack is also included for easy access and improved organization, while an undershelf and mid-shelf provide extra storage space for spices, meat tenderizers, and other kitchen tools.

An excellent addition to quick service restaurants, this versatile chicken cutting station boasts a 16 gauge type 300 stainless steel top, as well as 1 5/8" diameter legs with gussets for additional structural integrity. Its four 5" swivel casters (two with brakes) make cleaning under and around the cutting station a breeze.
