Cook food at high volumes with this Accutemp ALTES-40 Edge Series 40 gallon electric tilt skillet. This tilt skillet can braise, fry, steam, grill, and simmer, making it an extremely versatile piece of equipment with a relatively small footprint. Boasting 17.7 kW of heating power and an immense 40 gallon capacity, this unit is perfect for cooking a wide variety of foods in large batches or even making your own stocks.

The entire device is seam welded with 304 stainless steel for optimal durability. Control the temperature easily with the thermostat dial on the front of the device. Cooking temperatures range between 175 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. There is plenty of space for condensate run-off with the full width drip shield. For safety, the device features a patented lid with actuator-assisted counterbalance, full width steam vent, and stainless steel handle.

To avoid accidental burning with hot product, the device can be tilted to avoid direct contact and load directly into containers or serving dishes. A pour lip on the center of the device makes for easier control when removing product or liquids. Each one of the bullet feet are adjustable, which helps accommodate for uneven surfaces. This tilt skillet is perfect for commercial environments like schools, hospitals, or nursing homes. With no pilot light, these skillets have an electric ignition. This unit requires a 3 phase 240V connection to operate.
