    I absolutely love these for making the perfect cheesecake. I have yet to have a problem with this aluminum spingform cake pan. I also like the 9" size.

    Perfect for cheesecake, also we use these for making cake rounds and tarts on a regular basis. I wish I could re-order more of the bottoms by themselves..
