I use this to make a bunch of different recipes and it is worked out really well for me the only downside is that it does rust really easily. You just have to make sure that you dry the springform part on the wall because it will tend to rest pretty fast mine rusted after one use.

This pan is a bit thin for what I thought was heavy duty. It is a nice pan though. It is smooth, so a bit easier to remove a graham cracker crust.

Not quite as robust-feeling as I imagined it would be, maybe due to the light weight. It seems to be pretty sturdy, though. It's considerably more sturdy than my retail store springform pan, which cost as much or more. Not sure how scratch-resistant it's going to be, but it seems to bake evenly, and release well.

These are not the most durable pans but they will get the job done. I have one that arrived out of round and had visible gaps around the bottom but could be bent back into shape with little effort. They get dinged up easily from being stacked with other pans.

I use this not only when recipes call for springform pan specifically, but also when I need 9 inch cake pan since cakes release beautifully. Doesn't seem to leak.

Springform pans are essential in cheesecake making and any cake or custard that needs to be "released" from the sides. We have a bunch of these and they work very well. Light weight but sturdy. The clasps fall off sometimes but they can easily be put back on.

I must admit, when I first felt how light this Spring Form Pan, I didn't think it was any better quality than what I could get locally. This is truly a "Restaurant Quality" Pan. Tight fit, no leakage. Baked my Purple Yam Cheesecake PERFECTLY, and easy clean up. Will be ordering many more sizes.

I've made plum tortes twice in this pan now, and both times have turned out well. First time it leaked a little, but that was my fault; I didn't have the walls locked properly around the base. Second time it didn't leak at all. (Also, a nod to the customer service - the first pan came dented, but a new one arrived at my mailbox within two days, perfect and undented.)

This spring form pan works really well for us. It has nice tension and locks into place around the bottom of the pan. We recommend it.
