Rapidly chop and emulsify both meats and vegetables and increase your yield by as much as 15% by allowing a higher percentage of water to be used. With less water being wasted there is less shrinkage and higher overall output.

Constructed entirely of durable stainless steel, this model is designed to withstand the wear and tear of a commercial kitchen. The front lid will not only prevent any physical contact with the blade while in motion, it also greatly muffles the noise of the chopping, making for an overall quieter operation. With its 20 1/2 hp motor and sharp 3 or 6-knife blades, this unit has the strength to handle your toughest processing needs.

Complete with 2 independent motors, one for rotation of the bowl and the other for the blade, there is much more control over how fine or coarse meats and vegetables are processed. An internal thermometer probe with a digital readout allows you to constantly monitor the temperature to ensure you are not exceeding food safe levels due to the heat generated by the chopping mechanism. Plus, because safety is always a top priority, a built in kill switch is placed in the front of the unit for emergency shutoff. The water resistant switchboard eliminates the need for maintenance due to internal water damage. This device requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
