Very sharp knife right out of the box. Wooden handle feels great in your hand. Blade might not be the best for big beef bones but cut through poultry and pork bone with ease.

This cleaver is perfect if you need to break down large products. Easy to keep sharp and it has a nice handle grip. Of course this is all price relative so think to yourself what you need it for.

Great knife to own. Plus its cheap which is even better. I love using to cube my pork for sausage making. Its also very easy to keep sharp.

The Cleaver was much bigger than i thought. I was pleasantly suprised by it's heft and integrity. I first used it to carve up some chicken and the cleaver had no problem cutting through bone. Perhaps one of the best cleavers I have owned.

This 8" chinese cleaver is worth the investment. Why? well because 1. it is cheap in price. 2. its very durable and fits nice in the hand 3. its just heavy enough to take the effort out of breaking bones and fabricating meats. Id have to say, Ive bought a few very expensive knives so far and yes they were worth it, but this cleaver along with a few other knives that i bought from WEBstaurant.com are in my opinion, worth every penny and a great bargain without cutting quality!!!
